CHOREOGRAPHER

PRODUCER

Darius "Doc" Gaymon is a DC native, raised in Prince George's County, MD. With half his professional interests in science and the other half in the arts, Doc, short for Dr. Renaissance, continues to enjoy a life at the intersection of both. Near the completion of his PhD in Tumor Biology, Doc started the arts company, New Renaissance Arts, to use visual and performing arts to bring awareness and support to important social issues such as Women's Empowerment and Men in Grief.  As an independent artist, in 2019, Doc, was casted as "Slink" in the Netflix competition series, Dance Monsters, and was signed to Main Line Models and Talent soon thereafter. In 2022, Doc was casted in an acting lead that required a vocal solo, a first, which opened the door to more vocal performances and training. In 2024, after a successful singing, dancing, and acting showcase at International Models and Talent Association, Doc was signed to an additional talent and model agency, AMTI, and is now focusing his entertainment career on tv and film with representation across North America.
